Every Pen-A-Pal letter is completely handwritten by me; no printing, no copy-paste. I write about things tailored to you based on what you shared when you signed up. Every envelope also comes with a sticker sheet! Premium subscribers also get a envelope to write me back or write to your own friends and family! 🌈
When you subscribe through Stripe, you fill out a the fields with your name, interests, favorite things, and anything else you'd like me to include. The more you share, the more personal your letter will be! I genuinely read every single response before I start writing. 🌸
Yes!! I absolutely love getting letters back. Premium subscribers get an envelope in every letter to write me back or send to your own friends and family! Monthly subscribers are also welcome to write back — just send your letter to the return address on your envelope! 💌
Absolutely! When you fill out your profile at signup you can share your hobbies, favorite topics, things that make you happy, anything you'd love me to include. You can also email me anytime at penapalletters@gmail.com if you want to update your preferences. 🌈
I aim to write and send your first letter within 5 business days of you signing up. After that, letters go out about a month after your last letter! Delivery time depends on where you live; usually 3-7 days. 📬

If your letter hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of your expected delivery date, please email me at penapalletters@gmail.com and I'll sort it out! If it got lost in the mail I'll send another one; no questions asked. 🌸
100% yes. All letters are sent from my PO box so your address is always private. I will never share your address with anyone; it's only ever used to send your letter. You can read more in our Privacy Policy. 🔒
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, one of the most secure payment processors in the world. You'll be charged on the same date each month and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date. 💳
You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal; just check your confirmation email for the link. Or email me at penapalletters@gmail.com and I'll cancel it for you right away. No hard feelings at all! 🌸
If you're unhappy with your first letter for any reason, email me within 14 days of receiving it and I'll offer a full refund and cancel your subscripion. I want you to love your letter! You can read more in our Terms of Service. 💛
When you buy a gift subscription, you fill in the recipient's details and I'll send their letter directly to them! You'll also get a printable gift card to give them. 🎁
